The Manager, Delivery Growth and Innovation will play a key role in the evolution of Burger King’s delivery business. This person will leverage strong analytical skills and creative thinking to drive digital sales across all owned and 3rd party channels, master and report on key growth metrics, and build insights on the business levers for this service mode. The position is highly collaborative and involves working directly with internal and external stakeholders cross functionally to ensure development and execution targets are met. The ideal candidate will be an excellent multitasker with an infectious enthusiasm for the guest. This role will report to the Sr. Manager, Delivery for Burger King.
Responsibilities
- Support the BK delivery and digital strategy to drive business growth across one of the world’s largest quick service restaurant companies
- Lead key cross functional initiatives across marketing, operations, technology, and analytics to enhance the end-to-end BK delivery experience
- Leverage project management and communication skills to effectively lead teams, stakeholders and partners towards common goals
- Perform quantitative analysis and work closely with delivery team, analytics, and strategic partners to develop ongoing digital reporting and insights
- Leverage strategic thinking, insights, and digital experience to identify key opportunities to continuously drive the business performance
- Contribute to thoughtful and creative discussions with leadership, and continue to raise the bar in our tools, processes, and insights
- Understand the needs of our franchisees across all sales segments, identifying potential opportunities to help them grow their delivery business
Competencies & Qualifications
- BA/BS degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related major
- 4+ years of experience with a proven track record of owning & executing operations optimization, working with highly cross-functional team in a consumer brand
- Experience working with 3rd party delivery platforms & managing operations through their channels or other digital / e-commerce experience
- Proficient in Microsoft office including Word, Excel & PowerPoint
- Data driven with strong analytical skills and problem-solving capabilities
- Strong project management and leadership skills, able to communicate effectively
- Start-up mentality, eager to move quickly and work with a lean team
- Excellent organization skills, ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks
- Highly curious, always looking to learn and find new opportunities to grow
