Cornerstone Technology Talent Services is seeking a Power BI Report Developer for a long-term contract position as a full-time 40-hour per week W2 employee in far north Fort Worth. This position is open to U.S. Citizens and Green Card holders.

Description:
The successful candidate will manage, coordinate, and implement the maintenance, development, and publication of business reports and analysis to support our client’s Technology Services (TS) department. Key responsibilities include supporting SOW Logix, internal trackers, and other support systems. The role involves developing new Power BI reports and enhancing current Power App applications. The candidate will have a strong background in administrating and developing reports/solutions with Microsoft products and will handle troubleshooting, diagnosing, resolving, and documenting end-user and system support cases.
Responsibilities:
- Develop, maintain, and administer Power BI dashboards, Power Apps, Power Automate, and their interfaces
- Handle customer technical support cases for MS Power BI, MS Power Apps, and SharePoint
- Generate ad-hoc data requests via Azure SQL DB
- Maintain application functionality by testing components to new and current solutions
- Review and update supporting documentation and templates for continuous improvement in enterprise apps within Technology Services
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and streamline processes
- Provide administration support for the team’s applications, including troubleshooting issues
- Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers and internal teams
- Conduct financial data analysis, including understanding estimated and actual technology expenses
- Assist in all aspects of the Statement of Work Approval Process, including reviewing statements of work and other contracts, understanding time and materials and fixed bid contracts, identifying incorrect or incomplete data entries in the contract approval workflow, and working closely with suppliers to ensure standards are met
- Develop relationships with appropriate contacts within TS management and Finance
- Maintain confidentiality based on client procedures
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or higher from an accredited college/university in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or equivalent, with five or more years of professional experience in the information systems field
- Experience with Microsoft Power BI, Power Automate, and Power Apps
- In-depth knowledge of Excel, including Pivot tables and Excel functions
- Strong project and process documentation skills
- High-level proficiency in supporting customers through excellent listening and a strong commitment to service excellence
- Proficient written/verbal communication skills, including the ability to explain complex scenarios to others with varying levels of expertise throughout the organization
- Ability to interact effectively with various levels within the organization
- Self-starter, proactive, with strong quantitative analysis skills, able to work under time and performance pressures
- Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines in a fast-paced, team environment
