To support our growing operations, we are looking for a skilled Business Intelligence Analyst with experience in manufacturing ERP systems to join our dynamic team.
Summary
As a Business Intelligence Analyst, you will play a critical role in optimizing our business processes across a variety of disciplines, including by leveraging your expertise in data management and analysis in business systems. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze business needs, define appropriate solutions, and ensure that our systems meet the operational requirements of our manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities
- ERP System Management: Oversee the implementation, customization, and maintenance of various aspects of Enterprise Resource Planning and related systems for the business, ensuring alignment with business goals and optimized operational efficiency.
- Business Process Analysis: Work closely with stakeholders to identify and analyze business processes, gather requirements, and recommend solutions that enhance productivity and reduce costs.
- Data Management: Ensure accurate data entry, data integrity, and data management, providing insights to support decision-making processes.
- Reporting and Analysis: Develop and generate reports, dashboards, and metrics that provide actionable insights to stakeholders, enabling informed decisions across the organization.
- Training and Support: Provide training and ongoing support to users of the business systems, ensuring they are equipped to utilize the system effectively.
- Continuous Improvement: Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in ERP systems and manufacturing technologies employed at the company, recommending enhancements and upgrades to improve system performance and business processes.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a Business Intelligence Analyst or equivalent, with a strong focus on ERP systems (e.g., NetSuite, Syspro, SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics), MRP, MES, scripting, SQL database, Excel/VBA, and other enterprise data analysis tools.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in enterprise business software implementation, configuration, and management. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Manufacturing Knowledge: In-depth understanding of manufacturing processes and best practices, with experience optimizing workflows and systems in a manufacturing environment.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment, with a proactive and respectful approach to sharing skills, problem-solving, and continuous improvement.
Quality-Focused: Proven track record of attention to detail and emphasis on ensuring high level of quality in work. Self-sufficient ability to ensure one’s own work meets requirements.

Work Environment
Work will primarily take place in an office environment while at a desk, involving long periods of sitting. Constant use of a computer and phone with frequent interruptions. Regular exposure to a manufacturing / warehouse environment may require PPE. Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs.
