This full-time position will identify and drive sales cycle process improvements in a strategic, seller and client-centered role. This position is for someone who is 'high velocity' where wearing multiple hats is vital. It’s well-suited for the person who loves navigating client challenges and is attracted to or experienced in working at a startup. You have a zeal to build client trust and support the sales team.
You will report to the Manager of Deal Operations & Strategy.
This is a Remote - US position
You Will:
- Identify, strategize, and present sales process efficiencies improvements
- Focus specifically on eliminating roadblocks in the sales process and increasing seller efficiency
- Partner with RevOps, Product, Client Finance, Sales Enablement, on process & system improvements and special projects
- Provide exceptional service to internal customers with lightning fast response times
- Manage new and repeat business fulfillment
- Facilitate accurate and precise data entry and maintain excellent data hygiene
- Arrange account setup and work with Client Finance to ensure billing is arranged properly
- Generate deposit invoices and track any technical or system errors
- Internal controller of Salesforce opportunities and commercial agreements
- Document standard operating procedures of Salesforce actions and work with Learning to lead team trainings
- Collaborate during client onboarding processes with Sales, Finance and Operations teams
You Have:
- At least 1 year of experience at a SaaS company doing Order Management, Finance Operations, Deal Desk, Sales Operations
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant work experience require
- Partnered with peers, GTM Teams and Operational teams on tasks and projects
- Persistent, disciplined, and motivated attitude
- Easily able to form and sustain outstanding relationships with all customers, internal and external
- Works independently and self-manages time and priorities
- Proficient in gSuite, Salesforce
- Experience with revenue recognition rules
- Interested in Software, SaaS and global business and contributing at a high level
