Job Description
The HR Coordinator is responsible for supporting the HRBP team in various administrative and operational functions. This role involves coordinating and leading New Hire Orientation, maintaining employee records, onboarding, ad hoc reporting, and other ad hoc responsibilities as needed. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, proactive, and able to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
Key Responsibilities:
- New Employee Onboarding:
- Prepare and distribute new hire prework and ensure smooth onboarding of new employees.
- Conduct orientation sessions for new hires and facilitate training programs.
- HR Administration:
- Maintain and update employee records in Oracle.
- Handle HR-related inquiries from employees and provide support as needed.
- HR Projects & Initiatives:
- Assist with HR projects, such as employee engagement activities, performance management initiatives, and training programs.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
- Support in preparing reports and documentation as needed.
General Qualifications:
Required:
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in HR, Customer Care, or a Coordinator role
- Passion to grow in HR
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality
- Ability to come into the Plano RSC 2-3 days a week or as business needs dictate
Preferred:
- Knowledge of HR best practices is a plus
- Project Management experience
- Experience using Oracle
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
Salary Range: $61,400 - $72,000 annually + bonus eligibility. This is the expected salary range for this position. Ultimately, in determining pay, we'll consider the successful candidate’s location, experience, and other job-related factors.
