A footwear/apparel company in Beaverton OR is seeking a User Experience Researcher to join their HR Content Design & Delivery team. This individual will be helping to create the future of employee services, tools, and information experiences. Day to Day, the User Experience Researcher will be structuring and leading workshops to surface employee-centered needs and pain points that help SMEs prioritize experience-related design decisions, Deploy qualitative and quantitative analysis techniques to improve user experience including interviews, mobile testing, surveys and interactive workshops e.g. stack ranking, card sorting, word cloud brainstorms, and surface insights and develop EX solutions based on qualitative user feedback and study as well as quantitative employee data. To be successful in this role, this individual has to have previous experience conducting system specific research.
