Responsibilities
Kforce has an exciting SaaS/Fintech client who is looking for an ILT Curriculum Developer to join their company as a remote contract worker through the end of this year. This is a remote contract position through the end of 2024 with potential to extend into 2025. Summary: The Training & Certification team is building a series of instructor-led workshops focused on business models commonly used with the client's products. These workshops are to be hands-on, engaging, efficient, and effective. You will be working with client partners to develop the content for the workshops. Partners will also provide the code, the outline, and the critical tasks to successfully complete the workshop.
Requirements
- Mid to senior level experience as a curriculum designer, instructional designer, or eLearning developer
- Proven ability to build presentation decks, one-pagers, and other key deliverables in Google Slides
- Prior experience working with common LMS and authoring tools is a must
- Ability to read JavaScript (ideally React and Node) is crucial to this position as you will be building materials for developers and engineers
- You will not need to be able to code from scratch or be an expert in JavaScript; Ability to read JavaScript is what is most important for this position
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
