RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client that is seeking a Copywriter in Beaverton, OR.
Summary:
We are looking for a talented communications professional to craft executive internal communications that promote support our business objectives, engage internal audiences, and positively reflect our brand.
Key Responsibilities:
- Copywriter will develop and implement comprehensive communication plans to achieve business objectives, specifically focused on executive and internal communications related to technology
- Write and edit compelling, high-quality technology-based content for various channels, including executive memos, presentations, email, and social media posts
- Craft highly detail-oriented, polished presentation materials
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams from within the Technology department, including Corporate Communications and Strategy, to ensure consistent messaging and branding
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive executive communications calendar to ensure timely and effective communication of key messages and initiatives
- As a Copywriter, you will provide executive communications support for events and other business initiatives
- Develop and manage project plans for communications initiatives and programs
- Monitor and analyze metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of our communications strategies
REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Journalism, or a related field
- At least 3-5 years of experience in executive communications or a related field, with a focus on technology
- Proven track record of developing and implementing effective communications strategies and tactics in the technology industry
- Successful candidate will have a strong background in executive communications
- Excellent writing and verbal skills, a graphic eye, and hold significant experience working in the technology industry
- Excellent writing, editing, and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, and Excel
- Advanced PowerPoint skills with the ability to demonstrate creativity within brand guidelines and a strong orientation to detail
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple projects and deadlines
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
