Client Service
- Consistently uphold and demonstrate the Firm's Client Service Principles through collaboration, work quality, and personal interactions.
- Ensure outstanding service to all internal and external clients, actively promoting a client-focused mindset within the department and teams.
- Respond to peer requests with the understanding that these requests support either client needs or Firm objectives.
Client Systems Maintenance
- Manage the New Business Memo data for all clients and matters, including law/industry codes, addresses, billing and responsibility information, billing formats, task codes, tax codes, payor setups, and contacts.
- Maintain accurate Timekeeper/Client/Matter data in the accounting system.
- Review and analyze Master Files data from manual and automated processes to assist with various ad hoc data requests across teams.
- Collaborate closely with the New Business Department and Conflicts team to ensure smooth system operations and compliance with risk management protocols.
Confidentiality
- Protect and maintain the confidentiality of all Firm and client-related information, observations, and opinions.
QUALIFICATIONS
Education and Experience
- Excel and Microsoft Word experience required.
- Strong attention to detail required.
- Good investigative skills; ability to solve routine problems.
- Client service background required.
- Elite 3E accounting software knowledge preferred.
