Role Description
This is a full-time role for an Advertising Specialist at Emerson and Friends. The Advertising Specialist will be responsible for tasks such as marketing campaigns, sales strategies, data analysis, and communication efforts. The role is primarily located in Clearwater, FL, with some flexibility for hybrid remote work. The Ads Manager is responsible for planning, implementing, and optimizing advertising campaigns on Facebook to achieve the marketing objectives of our company. This role requires a strategic mindset, creativity, and an in-depth understanding of Facebook’s advertising platform. This role will work closely with the creative and marketing team to strategize and create top performing ads on Facebook, Google, and other media outlets.
Key Responsibilities:
Campaign Strategy and Planning:
- Develop comprehensive advertising strategies aligned with business goals and creative team product launches.
- Identify target audiences based on market research and data analysis.
- Set clear campaign objectives and KPIs.
Ad Creation and Management:
- Create engaging and visually appealing ad creatives, including images, videos, and ad copy.
- Set up and manage ad campaigns within Facebook Ads Manager.
- Conduct A/B testing to determine the most effective ad formats and messages.
Budget Management:
- Allocate and manage advertising budgets effectively to maximize ROI.
- Monitor spending to ensure campaigns stay within budget.
Performance Analysis and Reporting:
- Analyze campaign performance data and generate reports.
- Provide insights and recommendations for campaign optimization.
- Track key metrics such as CTR, CPC, CPA, and ROAS.
Audience Targeting:
- Utilize Facebook’s targeting options to reach specific demographics, interests, and behaviors.
- Implement retargeting strategies to re-engage past website visitors or customers.
Optimization and Scaling:
- Continuously optimize campaigns to improve performance and efficiency.
- Scale successful campaigns to reach a larger audience while maintaining profitability.
Compliance and Best Practices:
- Ensure all ads comply with Facebook’s advertising policies and guidelines.
- Stay updated on the latest trends and best practices in Facebook advertising.
SEO and Content Optimization:
- Collaborate with the content team to optimize website content for SEO.
- Conduct keyword research to identify opportunities for organic growth.
- Implement on-page and off-page SEO strategies to improve search engine rankings.
SEM Strategy Development:
- Work alongside the Google Ads Manager to develop and execute SEM strategies that complement Facebook ad efforts.
- Manage paid search campaigns on platforms like Google Ads, ensuring alignment with Facebook advertising objectives.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in managing Google Ads, SEO, and SEM campaigns.
- Proficiency in Facebook Ads Manager, Google Analytics, Google Search and other related tools.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data utilize data for strategic decision-making.
- Excellent communication and copywriting skills.
- Creative mindset with an eye for design.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
