Role Description
We are seeking a part-time Virtual Assistant to join our team remotely at Magnolia Wealth Strategies. In this role, you will be responsible for providing crucial administrative support, managing calendars, organizing documents, and handling correspondence. Additionally, you will assist with client communications, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings.
Qualifications
• Proven experience in administrative support, calendar management, and document organization
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Experience with client communications and appointment scheduling
• Ability to work independently and efficiently in a remote setting
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Previous experience in the financial services industry is a plus
• Associate degree or equivalent experience preferred
