Overview: We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented IT Project Coordinator/Analyst to join our team for a global Data Analytics program. This role is crucial in ensuring the smooth logistics and communication of project activities across 650 communities. The ideal candidate will be an expert in Excel, PowerPoint, PowerBI + MS Suite office and have experience with project documentation tools like Smart Sheets.
Key Responsibilities
Data Reporting, Data Visualization experience is a MUST HAVE. Creating dashboards and report from scratch using raw data gathering from the team. This person will have to reach out directly to multiple groups/team members and gather the necessary data to turn them into reports and visualization boards.
Coordinate logistics and communication for the project across 650 communities.
Track project status and maintain detailed records for each community.
Communicate with two vendors to schedule prep days and upgrade dates.
Assist in ramping up the project cadence from one upgrade per day to five upgrades per day.
Ensure timely completion of upgrades, with a target of 500 communities by November 2025.
Utilize Excel for data analysis, reporting, and project tracking.
Experience with Smart Sheets is a plus but not required.
Qualifications
Proven experience as a Project Coordinator or similar role.
Expertise in Microsoft Excel, including advanced functions and data analysis.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Experience with Smart Sheets or similar project documentation tools is advantageous.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and efficiency.
Preferred Skills
Experience in coordinating large-scale projects.
Familiarity with network infrastructure and IT projects.
