Description
We are seeking an Analyst who will be responsible for learning, understanding, and executing the delivery of work for our internal and external customers.
The Opportunity
- Execute and monitor production data and data exchange-related processes in a timely and conscientious manner.
- Effectively support projects and teams to produce desired results.
- Communicate results and/or issues according to team standards.
- Assist in implementing standard policies and procedures for providing routine service.
- Ensure corporate compliance is communicated, implemented, and monitored continuously.
- Initiate troubleshooting and/or appropriate notification of issues in a timely manner.
- Monitor the status of normal production processes as well as the progress of issue resolutions.
- Shift focus between clients and/or processes throughout the day to meet production needs.
- Balance incoming requests with previously scheduled work.
- Assist both internal and external personnel by answering questions and supplying information.
- Develop and maintain effective working relationships with internal and external customers.
What You Need
- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems or a related field; a relevant combination of education and experience may be considered in lieu of a degree. Continuous learning, as defined by the Company's learning philosophy, is required.
- Certification or progress toward certification is highly preferred and encouraged.
- One year of experience in a related field, typically in at least two of the following areas is preferred: financial analysis, planning, healthcare economics, healthcare policy, statistical modeling, business decisions, analysis, or business management.
- Experience in healthcare is preferred.
- Strong analytical, planning, problem-solving, verbal, and written skills to communicate complex ideas.
- Intermediate SQL Server/Transact SQL skills.
- Strong ability to work independently and direct the efforts of others.
- Strong knowledge and use of existing software packages (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, etc.).
- Ability to work independently, within a team environment, and communicate effectively with employees and clients at all levels.
