What You’ll Do
- Architect Solutions: Design and implement ServiceNow solutions specifically for telecommunications, focusing on service management and process optimization.
- Collaborate & Innovate: Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions. Develop custom applications and integrations to enhance telecommunication service management.
- Lead & Guide: Oversee the development and maintenance of ServiceNow applications, ensuring they meet business needs and improve operational efficiency.
- Troubleshoot & Improve: Address technical issues, implement recovery procedures, and continuously enhance the ServiceNow environment to ensure robust performance and security.
- Documentation & Compliance: Create detailed documentation of processes and system configurations. Assist with audits and ensure adherence to standards and guidelines.
What We're Looking For
- Experience: Minimum of 10 years with ServiceNow, including at least 2 years in Telecommunications Service Management (TSM). Experience with ServiceNow development tools and APIs is essential.
- Certifications: Certified System Administrator (CSA) and Certified Implementation Specialist in CSM and FSM.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and XML. Familiarity with front-end frameworks (React, Angular, or Vue.js) and web development tools (Webpack, Babel) is a plus.
- Database Knowledge: Strong understanding of data modeling, SQL queries, and both relational and NoSQL databases.
- Information Architecture: Knowledge of information architecture principles and frameworks like Zachman or TOGAF.
- Additional Skills: Experience with agile methodologies, cloud technologies (AWS, Azure), DevOps practices, and IT service management frameworks (ITIL) is valuable.
- Soft Skills: Excellent problem-solving abilities, strong communication skills, and a collaborative mindset. Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work effectively in a remote setting.
