Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experience with Angular / AngularJS or another JavaScript framework
- Broad familiarity with Spring (e.g., SpringBoot, SpringMVC, Spring Data, etc) including Spring Cloud
- Experience with various web technologies (REST, SOAP, XML, etc)
- Experience with MuleSoft Development and familiarity with the MuleSoft Anypoint Platform
What You Will Be Accountable For
- Participating in and contributing to solution design discussions.
- Meaningfully contributing to requirements gathering and refinement sessions.
- As part of a scrum team, deliver high quality production-ready code, perform code reviews, and mentor more junior developers.
- Full-stack development – from CSS to database schema design.
- Assist with production issues, code promotions, etc.
- Help the team grow – bring fresh ideas to the table and challenge the team on current practices.
- Keep up to date with current software development trends and bring them to the table.
What Qualifications You Need
- 5+ years of Java web application development
- Experience with Angular / AngularJS or another JavaScript framework
- Broad familiarity with Spring (e.g., SpringBoot, SpringMVC, Spring Data, etc)
- Experience with various web technologies (REST, SOAP, XML, etc)
- Solid foundational understanding of Java programming
- Basic SQL knowledge
- Understanding of supporting technologies (e.g., git, Linux, SSL, etc)
- Strong communication skills (comfortable talking to the business)
- Experience with MuleSoft Development and familiarity with the MuleSoft Anypoint Platform
- Experience with microservices (Spring Cloud APIs) preferred
- PCF experience (on prem) preferred
- Experience with Jenkins preferred
