Summary Of Job
In this role, you will harness your full-cycle selling skills to attract new subscribers to our subscription platform. You will manage a defined and curated territory of employers who have not previously engaged with us. Your responsibilities will include setting initial appointments, demonstrating the platform, managing free trials, developing proposals, and closing sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Achieve or exceed your quarterly new business quota.
- Identify and secure new accounts.
- Drive revenue by prospecting and building a client pipeline.
- Schedule and conduct product demonstrations.
- Manage free trials of our product.
- Develop and execute a strategic plan for your territory.
- Contribute to and implement best practices for our growing team.
- Make 70+ phone calls (with 10+ conversations) daily to companies with more than 250 employees.
- Analyze trends and present monthly analytics reports to clients.
- Build and nurture account relationships, closing sales efficiently.
Minimum Requirements
- At least 2 years of cold calling experience.
- 2-3 years of prospecting experience.
- Proven success as a high-performing Sales Representative.
- Track record of winning new business and high activity levels (calls, meetings, demos).
- Ability to build trust-based relationships with senior-level decision-makers.
- Competitive spirit with a strong need for achievement.
- Enthusiastic and resilient, with a positive outlook on overcoming rejection.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong rapport-building abilities and attentive listening skills.
- Coachable and responsive to managerial feedback.
- Effective communicator with strong interpersonal skills.
- Capable of thriving under pressure and managing tight deadlines.
- Organized, reliable, and detail-oriented.
- Familiarity with a 30-45 day sales cycle.
- Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems.
- Knowledge of the job board and Human Resources industry.
- Prior B2B experience required.

Salary Information
The base pay for this full-time position is $24.04/hr. Depending on the position offered, equity, bonuses, commissions, or other forms of compensation may be included, along with a comprehensive benefits package.
