Description
The Call Center Representative position exists to provide a world class homeowner experience while setting high quality appointments. The primary focus of this role is to actively listen to homeowner needs, then provide a consultative appointing experience to well represent RBA.
Responsibilities
This position is responsible for the following:
- Delights internal and external customers
- Builds rapport with customers and teammates
- Demonstrates excellent written and verbal communication skills; communicates with RBA teammates effectively and clearly
- Overcomes objections and sets appointments with an emphasis on first available appointment
- Utilizes available scripting and rebuttals; is open to feedback and coaching to optimize lead interactions and appointment set rates
- Ensures the quality of appointments set for the Outside Sales Team
- Assists with calendar capacity through understanding and utilization of territory calendars
Requirements

- Must be available to work weekends and some holidays
- One Year of Call Center Experience
To drive any vehicle on company business, employees are required to hold a valid driver’s license and current auto policy as required by law, and provide current copies to the Human Resource Department
