We are offering a long-term contract employment opportunity for an HRIS Supervisor with Workday experience based in Mesquite, Texas. This role is pivotal within our team, focusing on the management and implementation of HRIS systems, specifically Workday, within our industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HRIS management and a willingness to adopt a hands-on approach in a dynamic environment. This is a 6+ month contract position with potential for contract-to-hire. 100% ONSITE in Mesquite, TX.

Responsibilities
- Lead the transition from ADP Workforce Now to Workday, ensuring a smooth implementation process.
- Develop and execute a comprehensive project plan for successful Workday implementation.
- Foster collaboration with internal stakeholders and external consultants to guarantee successful deployment.
- Resolve any issues that arise during the implementation process promptly and effectively.
- Conduct training sessions for HRIS team members and end-users on Workday functionalities.
- Supervise a team of three HRIS professionals, providing mentorship and support.
- Maintain and update HRIS systems to ensure data integrity and security, while also developing and implementing HRIS policies, procedures, and best practices.
- Generate and analyze HRIS reports to support decision-making processes within the organization.
- Collaborate closely with the HR Manager to align HRIS initiatives with company goals and communicate effectively with all levels of the organization regarding HRIS changes and updates.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and system enhancements, leading efforts to optimize HRIS functionalities and user experience.
- Stay abreast of Workday updates and HRIS industry trends, using this knowledge to drive continuous improvement within the organization.
Must have HRIS management experience and Workday implementation experience
Manufacturing industry experience is a plus
Requirements
- Proven experience in managing Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS)
- Proficient in Workday HCM, Workday HRIS, and Workday Integration
- Knowledge of Benefit Functions is essential
- Familiarity with Time tracking tools
- Experience in the Manufacturing industry is desirable
- Strong skills in Problem Resolution
- Ability to use ADP Workforce Now software effectively
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, or a related field
