Key Responsibilities: Customer Service: Respond promptly to customer inquiries via email, chat, and messaging platforms. Manage and process custom print orders, including revisions, to ensure accuracy and satisfaction. Address customer issues effectively, handling returns, exchanges, and general inquiries with professionalism. Maintain clear and effective communication to uphold high levels of customer satisfaction. E-Commerce Management: Create, optimize, and manage product listings on Amazon, eBay, and other e-commerce platforms. Ensure product descriptions, images, and pricing are accurate and updated regularly. Track and manage inventory levels, ensuring timely updates and accurate stock availability. Oversee Amazon FBA processes, including shipping, fulfillment, and inventory management. Graphic Design: Design compelling graphics and product images for listings using Photoshop and other design tools. Develop promotional materials and social media content to support marketing initiatives. Collaborate with team members to produce engaging and visually appealing online content. Seasonal Support: Assist with additional tasks and manage priorities during peak periods to ensure efficient operations. Help coordinate and handle increased workloads effectively during busy seasons. Skills and Qualifications: Customer Service Skills: Exceptional communication skills with a focus on providing high-quality customer support. Proven ability to manage and resolve customer issues effectively. E-Commerce Proficiency: Experience with product listing, management, and optimization on platforms like Amazon and eBay. Strong knowledge of Amazon FBA, e-commerce best practices, and SEO principles. Graphic Design: Proficiency in Photoshop and other graphic design software. Strong creative skills with a keen eye for detail and quality. Technical Skills: Comfortable with various online tools and platforms, including Amazon Seller Central. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Experience: Previous experience in online customer service and e-commerce is preferred. Background in graphic design and content creation is advantageous. Education: High school diploma or equivalent required. Additional coursework or certification in graphic design, e-commerce, or related fields is beneficial. Additional Information: Full-time or part-time positions are available. Flexibility in hours may be required, particularly during peak seasons. Compensation will be based on experience and discussed during the interview.
