Key Responsibilities
- Design & Develop: Create and implement cutting-edge digital learning solutions that inspire and educate, aligning with business goals and learner needs.
- Consult & Collaborate: Use strong consultation skills to work with stakeholders, ensuring training strategies meet diverse learning requirements.
- Apply Best Practices: Utilize proven instructional design theories and methods to craft effective educational content.
- Review & Maintain: Ensure the relevance and accuracy of existing learning programs, continuously improving content.
- Measure & Report: Contribute to tracking and measuring the effectiveness of learning solutions to ensure they meet objectives.
- Facilitate Training: Occasionally lead instructor-led training sessions, as needed.
- Advocate for Learners: Represent the voice of the learner, ensuring their needs shape educational strategies and content.
- Innovate: Design creative and impactful educational experiences that foster growth and development.
- Manage Projects: Oversee the development lifecycle of learning projects, from planning to execution, ensuring quality and timely delivery.
- Drive Change: Research and propose new approaches to deliver engaging content, while maintaining consistent branding and collaborating with the marketing team.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience.
- Experience: 5+ years of digital learning design, with a strong background in instructional design and facilitation.
- Skills: Proficiency in ADDIE development process, digital authoring tools (e.g., Articulate 360, Rise, Adobe Captivate, Vyond), and troubleshooting SCORMs and LMS integrations.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Platform Knowledge: Experience with learning platforms (e.g., Workday's LMS) and learning dashboards/metrics.
- Collaboration: Proven ability to work effectively with a diverse range of colleagues and manage multiple projects in a dynamic environment.
- Global Perspective: Experience creating educational programs for a global audience, considering regional, cultural, and generational differences.
- Curiosity & Empathy: A deep curiosity about learning and an empathetic approach to understanding learner needs.
