Project Manager- Architect
Job Description
Our client is seeking a dedicated and experienced Architecture Project Manager to oversee the planning, execution, and completion of commercial interiors. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in architecture and project management, with a keen eye for detail and a passion for creating functional and aesthetically pleasing interior spaces.
Hard Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture
- Proven experience as an Architecture Project Manager or similar role in the interior design industry
- Strong knowledge of architectural design principles, building codes, and construction processes
- Proficiency in design software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp) and project management tools
- Degree in Architecture and minimum 8 years of experience working at an architecture firm in the US
- Revit proficiency and experience managing multiple projects simultaneously
- Core + Shell or ground up project experience
- Understanding of building codes, title reports, ADA Requirements, and other regulations
- Retail project experience - prototypical rollout highly preferred
Soft Skills
- Excellent project management skills
- Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage diverse stakeholders
Work Environment
Fully remote work environment. Studios are open for those who prefer to work hybrid/in person. Typical work day is M-F 8-5, but client is highly flexible with work times.
