As a Client Partner, you will play a pivotal role in managing client relationships, driving account growth, and overseeing the delivery of advanced analytics and data engineering solutions. You’ll have the opportunity to work on cutting-edge applications of data science, machine learning, and business intelligence, all aimed at solving complex business problems.
Key Responsibilities
- Account Management & Growth: Nurture and expand relationships with clients, focusing on delivering continuous business value. Scale pilot programs and proof of concepts (POCs) into long-term transformative initiatives.
- Client Collaboration: Work closely with clients to understand their key business questions and challenges. Help them develop a roadmap that identifies and prioritizes crucial initiatives.
- Opportunity Exploration: Identify and explore new opportunities within existing accounts and new buying centers. Collaborate with internal subject matter experts to create compelling points of view and proposals that drive growth.
- Financial Stewardship: Manage the P&L for your account portfolio, ensuring that revenue and margin goals are met.
- Leadership & Communication: Engage with senior stakeholders, including CXOs and VPs/Directors, to define business problems and craft solution approaches. Lead and collaborate with remote teams to ensure effective execution and client satisfaction.
What We're Looking For
- Extensive Experience: 16+ years in delivering advanced analytics-based consulting services and designing/implementing large data engineering programs.
- Client Engagement: Proven experience in managing large accounts and driving account growth. Prior P&L ownership is a plus.
- Domain Expertise: Strong knowledge in areas such as Banking and Financial Services, with experience in Pricing, Underwriting, Marketing, Distribution, Claims, and Operations.
- Technical Skills: Hands-on experience or leadership in developing advanced analytics solutions using tools like R, Python, AWS, and Databricks. Familiarity with cloud platforms and big data systems (e.g., Hadoop HDFS & Hive) is beneficial.
- Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a knack for presenting complex information clearly.
- Team Leadership: Ability to work effectively with global teams, ensuring smooth communication and collaboration between client-facing and remote teams.
Location & Travel
- Based in the NJ/NY area with a willingness to travel up to 50%, primarily within the US Northeast.
Educational Background
- Bachelor’s or higher degree in Statistics, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field.
