Reporting to the IT Manager for Virtual and Mobility services, you will collaborate with leading technologists and business leaders to shape the future and strategy of mobility within a technology-driven organization.
Representative Duties and Tasks
- Establish a clear vision for enhancing the organization’s mobile capabilities.
- Act as a mobility spokesperson and promote a “mobile first” development mindset.
- Maintain a roadmap for mobile services and capabilities, translating customer feedback into product features.
- Manage and prioritize initiatives, collaborating with business partners and IT to define requirements and scope.
- Analyze complex business problems and lead initiatives to address them.
- Engage proactively with business stakeholders and identify opportunities for mobile solutions.
- Serve as the voice of the customer, translating business needs into user stories.
- Partner with IT subject matter experts to enhance business delivery and employee productivity.
- Shape the strategy for integrating traditional mobile technologies with workspace technologies.
- Establish communication and training programs for mobile services.
- Assess emerging trends and technologies to adapt to the organization's mobility needs.
- Collaborate with the User Experience (UX) team to ensure user-focused mobility solutions.
- Develop testing strategies for consistent user experiences on mobile platforms.
- Provide mentoring and guidance to a small team of mobile platform administrators.
Qualifications / Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Program Management, or a technical discipline, or equivalent, with a minimum of 8 years of relevant experience; or a Master’s degree with a minimum of 6 years of relevant experience.
- Experience in identifying mobile solutions for business challenges.
- Strong understanding of agile principles and experience with agile product teams.
- Knowledge of Enterprise Mobility Management (EMM) standards and best practices.
- Familiarity with mobile-related products such as Microsoft Intune and Apple Business Manager.
- Understanding of cyber security best practices and compliance requirements in the defense industry.
- In-depth knowledge of Apple iOS and Android operating systems.
- Experience with cloud-based architecture and services in Microsoft Azure.
- Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proven ability to drive transformational change and deliver innovative solutions.

- Due to the nature of work performed at our facilities, US citizenship is required.
- This position may require travel.
