Description
In this role, you will cultivate and nurture relationships with referral partners such as Realtors, Financial Advisors, and Bank Branches. You will identify and capitalize on partnership opportunities through company-sponsored events and direct consumer engagement. A deep understanding of company products, policies, underwriting requirements, and industry trends will be essential.
Your responsibilities will also include analyzing detailed financial and credit data to tailor loan programs that meet consumer needs while effectively managing risk. Additionally, you will work to enhance the company’s visibility and reputation within the marketplace.
Requirements
- Must hold a valid NMLS GA state license.
- Minimum 2 years of successful retail mortgage origination experience, emphasizing self-sourced business.
- Demonstrated sales proficiency with a track record of meeting Branch production targets.
- Comprehensive understanding of FNMA/FHLMC, FHA/VA guidelines, and real estate transaction processes.
