Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role as a Sales And Marketing Representative with Bharat Precision Industries in Los Angeles, CA, offering flexibility for remote work. The Sales And Marketing Representative will be responsible for communicating with customers, providing excellent customer service, conducting sales and marketing activities, and facilitating training sessions.
Job Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales and Business Development:
- Identify and target potential customers in the precision components industry.
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets and expand market presence.
- Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and stay informed about industry trends and competitors.
- Client Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
- Provide exceptional customer service, addressing client inquiries, concerns, and feedback promptly.
- Conduct regular follow-ups with clients to ensure satisfaction and identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling.
- Product Knowledge and Presentation:
- Gain a deep understanding of the company’s precision components, including their features, benefits, and applications.
- Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients.
- Collaborate with the engineering and production teams to tailor solutions to specific client needs.
- Sales Process Management:
- Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals.
- Prepare and present quotes, proposals, and contracts.
- Negotiate terms and conditions to finalize sales agreements.
- Reporting and Documentation:
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and sales forecasts.
- Provide regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities.
- Update and manage the customer relationship management (CRM) system effectively.
- Collaboration and Teamwork:
- Work closely with the internal teams, including marketing, production, and customer service, to ensure alignment and effective communication.
- Participate in industry events, trade shows, and conferences to network and represent the company.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field. Relevant experience may substitute for formal education.
- Experience: Proven track record in sales, preferably in the manufacturing or precision components industry. Experience with B2B sales and complex sales processes is highly desirable.
