Key Responsibilities
- Digital Marketing Strategy: Develop and implement a comprehensive digital marketing strategy that drives brand awareness, customer acquisition, and revenue growth.
- Performance Monitoring: Track and analyze the effectiveness of marketing initiatives, using data-driven insights to optimize campaigns and guide strategic decisions.
- Lead Generation: Design and execute both paid and organic marketing campaigns across multiple channels (PPC, social media, SEO, SEM) to boost website traffic, generate leads, and improve conversion rates.
- Email Marketing: Create and implement engaging email marketing campaigns that attract and convert subscribers, utilizing A/B testing, segmentation, and personalization for optimal results.
- SEO Optimization: Lead SEO initiatives to enhance organic search visibility and drive traffic, collaborating with external vendors on content creation and SEO strategy implementation.

Experience
- At least 4 years of proven success in inbound marketing within the B2B SaaS space.
- Strong ability to interpret data, identify key metrics, and optimize campaigns based on performance insights.
- Hands-on experience with digital marketing tools and platforms such as Meta ads, Google Analytics, WordPress, and HubSpot.
- Ability to balance creative thinking with strategic planning to achieve both short-term results and long-term brand goals.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across various teams in a fast-paced environment.
