In this role, you will manage the end-to-end process of creating, executing, analyzing, and optimizing campaigns across a variety of new paid online and offline media channels. Key Responsibilities
- Drive New Customer Acquisition: Manage and test new customer acquisition channels, including Amazon FireTV, Roku, Audio, Television, Direct Mail, Affiliates, and more.
- Campaign Execution: Lead the implementation and execution of marketing campaigns by closely collaborating with external vendors, agencies, and internal teams.
- Collaboration: Work with external partners and agencies to launch new campaigns, test creative assets, implement tracking tags, and monitor performance to ensure the growth and success of both existing and new acquisition programs.
- Cross-functional Teamwork: Partner with internal teams such as creative, analytics, and product to develop campaign briefs, establish timelines, distribute assets, conduct site testing, and identify customer behavior to meet acquisition goals.
- Performance Analysis: Build, maintain, and analyze performance reports across all acquisition channels using data from various sources (vendor reports, Google Analytics, internal databases) to measure marketing effectiveness and gain insights into customer behavior.
- Testing and Optimization: Implement and monitor A/B and multivariate testing on targeting, creative assets, and other campaign elements to maximize key performance indicators (KPIs).
Qualifications
- 2-4 years of experience in performance marketing.
- Hands-on experience with ad platforms such as Facebook Ads Manager, Google Ads, Reddit, etc.
- Experience with project management and creative briefing, including the creation of copy and content for social ads and other digital assets.
- Background in media planning/buying or experience working with media agencies.
- Strong analytical and statistical skills with the ability to clearly communicate results and insights.
- Detail-oriented, well-organized, and capable of managing multiple priorities.
- A proactive self-starter with a positive attitude, eager to learn and ask questions.
