About The Role
We seek a creative and detail-oriented Performance Marketing Creative Editor to join our growing team in our SoHo office in New York City. In this role, you will be responsible for crafting and editing compelling visual and written content that drives engagement, user acquisition, and retention across various digital marketing channels. Your work will directly support our performance marketing strategies, ensuring our campaigns resonate with our target audiences and stand out in the competitive landscape.
Key Responsibilities
- Content Creation & Editing: Develop, edit, and optimize high-quality creative assets (including video, image, and copy) for use in performance marketing campaigns across platforms like Meta (Instagram & Facebook), TikTok, Snapchat, and Google.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the Performance Marketing Director and the broader marketing team to ensure that all creative materials align with the overarching marketing strategies and brand guidelines.
- A/B Testing: Design and execute A/B tests for creative assets, iterating based on performance data to improve campaign effectiveness continuously.
- Content Strategy: Contribute to developing a creative content strategy that supports user acquisition, engagement, and retention goals.
- Data-Driven Optimization: Use analytics and performance data to refine creative content, ensuring maximum impact and ROI for all campaigns.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with brand, product, and sales teams to align creative efforts with broader business objectives.
- Trend Analysis: Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing and creative trends, ensuring that POSH remains at the forefront of performance marketing creativity.
- Vendor Management: Coordinate with external creative agencies or freelancers to produce and refine marketing content.

Skills and Experience You’ll Need
- Proven experience in a creative role within a performance marketing or digital marketing team.
- Strong portfolio showcasing high-quality creative work across various digital channels.
- Expertise in video and image editing software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Final Cut Pro).
- Experience with copywriting for marketing purposes, with an emphasis on direct response.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing platforms (e.g., Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, Google) and their creative best practices.
- Familiarity with A/B testing methodologies and tools.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Detail-oriented with a strong ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced startup environment.
Nice to Haves
- Background in live events or experience as an event organizer.
- Familiarity with POSH’s products and services.
- Experience in a high-growth startup environment.
- Knowledge of no-code tools (e.g., Webflow) and creator marketing platforms (e.g., GRIN, #paid).
- Experience with Slack, Notion, Airtable, GDrive, Linear, and Zapier.
Compensation
- Salary: $80,000 - $90,000
