Key Responsibilities
Strategy Development:
- Create and execute a comprehensive social media strategy that aligns with our brand goals.
- Stay ahead of industry trends and incorporate new social media developments into our strategy.
- Work collaboratively to integrate social media efforts with broader marketing campaigns.
Content Creation
- Develop, curate, and manage high-quality content across various social media platforms (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.).
- Ensure that all content maintains our brand voice and reflects our core values.
- Collaborate with graphic designers, photographers, and video producers to produce engaging multimedia content.
Community Engagement
- Build and nurture relationships with our online community by responding to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Encourage discussions and engage with followers to build brand loyalty and advocacy.
- Monitor social media channels for mentions and trends related to our brand and industry.
Analytics And Reporting
- Track and analyze social media performance using analytics tools to assess success and identify areas for improvement.
- Prepare and present regular reports on key metrics, providing insights and recommendations for strategy adjustments.

Collaboration And Leadership

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in a social media management role or a similar position.

- Proficiency in social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social) and analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Facebook Insights).
