Job Purpose:
Develop and maintain a comprehensive Quality Management System (QMS) to ensure compliance with ISO9001 standards and government regulations.
Key Accountabilities:
- QMS Development and Maintenance: Lead the development and implementation of a regional QMS.
- Issue Resolution: Identify and address quality-related issues through working groups.
- Continuous Improvement: Integrate feedback from internal and external sources to drive QMS improvements.
- Strategic Leadership: Provide expert guidance to plant and business unit QMS representatives.
- Compliance: Ensure compliance with ISO9001 standards and government regulations.
- System Administration: Manage QMS systems and tools.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field
- 8+ years of relevant experience
- Knowledge of QMS, ISO9001, and government regulations
Workstyle:
- Hybrid work arrangement (60% onsite)
- Frequent domestic and occasional international travel
- Overtime as needed
