We're seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Data Entry Clerk. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately entering data from various documents into a provided worksheet. This is a great opportunity to work remotely and contribute to a dynamic team.
Key Responsibilities
- Extract and input data values for 12 specific attributes from approximately 330 documents, including:
- Identifying and recording the contract type for each document.
- Locating and documenting the effective date for each document.
- Entering the collected data into a provided worksheet.
- Consulting with the Legal team for clarification and questions as needed.
Requirements
- Proficiency with Excel and experience using a MacBook.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience.
