Key Responsibilities
- Answer incoming calls and make outgoing calls to clients regarding payment and data processes.
- Resolve outstanding issues and explain the use of electronic payment options (credit cards, direct electronic funds transfer).
- Assist providers in signing up for direct electronic funds transfer products, including registration process and web portal setup.
- Navigate Zelis systems and processes efficiently to provide quick and thorough responses to clients.
- Build and maintain a comprehensive knowledge of Zelis Payments products and solutions.
- Understand and adhere to company policies and procedures, particularly those related to privacy.
Professional Experience And Qualifications

- Excellent telephone etiquette and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in troubleshooting and basic problem-solving.
- Computer proficiency and technical aptitude.

Compensation
Zelis offers a competitive compensation package, including base salary plus incentives, medical, dental, and vision coverage, paid time off, a wellness program, and an employee assistance program. Our call center operates Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 7 p.m. EST, with various shifts available and no nights or weekends required. We also observe 8 company holidays.
