Position Overview: The Financial Analytics Manager will be responsible for leading the financial analysis function within the company. This role involves managing and optimizing financial data, developing analytical models, and providing actionable insights to support strategic decision-making. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, a deep understanding of financial principles, and experience in managing a team of analysts.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the financial analytics team in the development and execution of data-driven insights and reports.
- Oversee the preparation and analysis of financial statements, budgets, forecasts, and variance analyses.
- Develop and maintain financial models to support strategic planning, budgeting, and financial forecasting.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and provide data-driven recommendations.
- Monitor financial performance metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Present financial insights and recommendations to senior management and other stakeholders.
- Ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial data and compliance with company policies and regulations.
- Stay current with industry trends and best practices in financial analytics and reporting.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; MBA or relevant advanced degree preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial analysis, with at least 2 years in a managerial or leadership role.
- Proficiency in financial modeling, forecasting, and data analysis.
- Advanced knowledge of financial software and tools, such as Excel, SQL, and financial ERP systems.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex financial information to non-financial stakeholders.
- Experience with business intelligence tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) is a plus.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
