Are you ready to make a difference in the world of data enrichment? In this role, you will play a crucial part in supporting our Data Enrichment team, contributing to the quality control process, and ensuring high standards of work.
Responsibilities
- Handle both voice and non-voice processes as needed.
- Manage inbound and outbound calls with professionalism.
- Use online databases to verify and cross-check information provided by third parties.
- Review and complete enrichment tasks as defined and trained by our client.
- Perform data entry, vendor resource verifications, and follow up with various state boards for certifications and statuses.
- Ensure timely and high-quality execution of all tasks.
- Be prepared to take on additional tasks as required.

What We’re Looking For
- Willingness to work on both voice and non-voice tasks.
- Experience in outbound/inbound call centers, inside sales, or related customer service roles is a plus.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Able to work 40 hours per week and start immediately.
- Flexible and adaptable, able to handle process and information changes.
- Capable of working independently or as part of a team.
- Support for a work-from-home setup with a stable internet connection.
- Computer-savvy candidates are preferred.
Compensation
- Pay Rate: $16 USD per hour
