As a Project Delivery Lead in our Cyber Application Security team, you will play a vital role in our Managed Services Technology Delivery practice, collaborating with project teams across various locations to provide e-discovery services for large-scale litigations, FCPA investigations, and other fraud investigations.
Responsibilities
- Lead eDiscovery projects, including electronic data processing, data quality control, and electronic document hosting.
- Utilize cutting-edge forensic utilities and understand the eDiscovery project lifecycle.
- Develop processes and solutions for unique requests and manage project handoffs.
- Oversee e-file processing, coordinate with U.S. counterparts, and maintain smooth workflow.
- Identify and implement process improvements and create standard operating procedures.
- Prioritize tasks, guide associates, and ensure project milestones are met.
- Monitor and manage project plans, schedules, and deliverables.
- Support project managers with document searching, tagging, and issue escalation.
- Maintain detailed work logs, perform technical analyses, and troubleshoot as needed.

Role Requirements
- Deep understanding of the eDiscovery and computer forensic project lifecycle.
- Expertise in electronic data processing, quality control, document hosting, imaging, and production.
- Ability to devise solutions for custom requests and manage project handoffs.
- Strong technical proficiency and problem-solving skills across all project stages.
- Proficiency with forensic tools, data processing platforms, and textual analytics tools.
- Advanced knowledge of SQL, Visual Basic, programming languages (Python, Java), and networking concepts.
- Excellent communication and project management skills.
- Commitment to innovation and continuous improvement.
Qualifications
Required:
- Bachelor's degree with at least 7 years of experience in a related field.
- Extensive experience with eDiscovery platforms and forensic tools.
- Advanced knowledge of data processing, hosting technologies, and metadata handling.
- Strong communication skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Ability to travel up to 30% as required.
Preferred
- Experience with scripting, customized software, and various search tools.
- Certifications related to discovery tools and computer forensics.
- Familiarity with Active Directory, Citrix, RSA, and remote training software.
