What You'll Do
- Drive Growth: Identify and pursue new business opportunities across the Western U.S., focusing on large, multinational companies.
- Build Relationships: Establish and maintain strong, executive-level relationships with new accounts and strategic partners.
- Understand Needs: Connect client operations and strategies with our solutions, presenting compelling value propositions.
- Manage Sales Cycles: Qualify prospects, provide accurate sales forecasts, and maintain detailed deal information using Salesforce.com.
- Engage and Discover: Conduct insightful customer discovery sessions to uncover valuable information and tailor solutions.
- Sell Across Departments: Navigate and sell to various departments within organizations, including manufacturing, supply chain, finance, and IT.
What We're Looking For
- Experience: 5+ years of successful enterprise software sales experience, particularly with complex solutions in SCM, ERP, or BI.
- Track Record: Demonstrated ability to close high-value deals (\(500K+) and achieve annual quotas (\)1.5M+).
- Skills: Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills with experience engaging senior executives.
- Education: Bachelor's degree.
- Knowledge: Cloud and SCM sales experience, especially in manufacturing-oriented industries, is highly desirable.
- Competencies: Proven business development skills, consultative sales approach, and the ability to work independently and proactively.
- Travel: Willingness to travel as needed.
