We're looking for a Senior Product Analyst to dive deep into our supply chain and logistics data, driving key decisions and strategies to enhance our operations. You'll work closely with our Product and Operations teams to optimize processes, improve performance, and ensure that our solutions have a significant impact on our patients and providers.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive Insights: Conduct thorough analyses of our pharmacy, patient-facing, and provider-facing products to guide critical product decisions.
- Automate Processes: Partner with Product and Engineering teams to automate operational workflows and improve efficiency.
- Optimize Planning: Build models to enhance driver planning, and provide insights into driver hiring strategies and performance.
- Data Modeling: Design and create data models to speed up decision-making and promote data accessibility.
- Dashboard Creation: Design and launch dashboards using SQL to track the success of product initiatives.
- Collaborate: Work closely with Product, Research, Engineering, Growth, and Operations teams to provide actionable insights and drive meaningful impact.
- Continuous Improvement: Identify and implement opportunities for procurement, inventory management, and fulfillment enhancements.
- Impact Measurement: Use various techniques to measure the impact of initiatives and drive ongoing improvements.
- Data Accuracy: Ensure data accuracy and consistency by following best practices in data analysis.
- Pipeline Development: Develop data pipelines to streamline processes and increase automation.
- Reporting: Provide business visibility through reports and dashboards in Looker using SQL queries and dbt modeling.
- Growth Planning: Perform analysis to support growth and expansion, including demand forecasting and inventory planning.
- Data Culture: Contribute to the development of our data culture through collaboration, coaching, and process improvement.
A Bit About You

- SQL Expertise: Expert in SQL-based data manipulation, ETL flows, and large data set analysis.
- Educational Background: BA/BS or Master's degree in Statistics, Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Data Science, or a related field.
- Experience: At least 8 years of experience in analytics or a technical role, focusing on operational and supply chain data.
- Technical Skills: Skilled in creating dashboards with Looker/Tableau or similar tools, and comfortable with data modeling.
- Dynamic Environment: Thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment and be ready to tackle unfamiliar problems with a growth mindset.
