Salary $120,000 - $185,000 per year

We work with some of the largest enterprise clients in the world - and due to continued company growth domestically and globally, we have an immediate need for a Sr. Customer Success Manager who be working with some our largest clients in the Seattle area. This is a FTE direct hire role, fully remote but able to go into Redmond, as needed.

Job Details
What will you be doing?
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs, and ensuring they are getting maximum value from our services
- Act as a liaison between customers and our internal teams, ensuring customer needs are understood and addressed promptly
- Monitor and analyze customer's usage of our product, and provide insights to the rest of the team
- Develop a deep understanding of our products and services, and educate customers on how they can utilize them to achieve their goals
- Identify opportunities for customer growth and new business, working closely with Sales and Marketing teams
- Proactively identify and lead team process improvements
- Provide insights to the product team, advocating for the customers and providing input on product development
- Manage customer onboarding, training, and product adoption
Is your background a match?
- 5 years of experience in a customer success role within the technology industry (e.g. Amazon, Microsoft, Google, or their partners)
- Proven experience with managing ARR/ GRR / NRR
- Strong background with consultative selling, renewal negotiations, and qualifying expansion lead opportunities
- Foundational familiarity with Cloud Platform, Cyber Security, IT Service Management, Dev Ops, E-Commerce to engage with Technology, Product and Marketing functional leaders
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present and articulate complex ideas and concepts
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
- Strong relationship building and account management skills
- Able to work successfully in a start-up mentality environment
