Skills/Experience Required
- Extensive experience dealing with governmental purchasing cooperatives with
relationships with supplies, vendors and customers
- Financial/retirement planning knowledge is a plus
Job Description
Relationship Management
- Contact leadership at RAMS member districts to understand any successes, service gaps, shortcomings, or desired program enhancements.
- Focus on relationships with Superintendents, CFOs, and Cabinet-level positions.
- Report findings to TCG leadership to help them focus on specific areas.
- Maintain strategic relationships with key individuals and districts across the state.
Thought Leadership
- Present at local, state, and national conferences, and webinars, on retirement-related
issues and solutions for governmental organizations.
- Contribute to or write articles, case studies, etc., for publications
Partnership Development
- Identify opportunities to grow RAMS and other TCG-involved cooperative programs
through service agencies or regional/statewide programs.
- Serve as a resource for sales and business development teams, attending meetings in
person or virtually
Department Account Management & Service
Required Experience: 5-7 years of relevant experience
Required Travel: Negligible
Required Education: Bachelor's degree (4-year degree)
