Description
In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring our team delivers exceptional customer experiences. You will be responsible for training new hires, incumbents, and management in both in-person and virtual settings. Your responsibilities will include preparing and facilitating learning sessions and supporting offshore team members.
How You’ll Contribute
- Create an engaging and supportive learning environment that motivates employees to stay updated on sports, concert, and theater events.
- Serve as a subject matter expert in mapping processes, providing clarity on workflows and their significance.
- Document existing and new processes related to Mapping Operations and Graphic Mapping.
- Solicit and incorporate feedback to continuously improve training sessions and learning materials.
- Monitor performance trends to identify skill gaps and exceed learning objectives.
- Collaborate on developing and updating learning content to enhance cross-functional understanding.
Role Progression Expectations
- First 30 Days: Familiarize yourself with company norms, objectives, and values; gain proficiency in company metrics and learning materials; conduct needs assessments to identify training gaps.
- First 60 Days: Contribute to enhancing team efficiencies and supporting business goals; cultivate relationships to foster collaboration and achieve objectives; independently facilitate departmental training sessions and assessments.
- First 90 Days: Take ownership of tasks that contribute positively to team success; drive process improvements and learning methodologies; demonstrate expert-level understanding of all training content.
What You’ll Bring
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to analyze industry trends.
- Proficiency in Adobe Suite, particularly Illustrator and Photoshop.
- Experience in training and developing others.
- Ability to enhance efficiency and streamline processes.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills across various audiences.
- Collaborative spirit with high energy and engagement in class management.
- Familiarity with learning theories and application in a classroom setting.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and similar applications.
- Willingness to travel occasionally (up to 10% of the time).
Work Schedule
Monday - Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM with flexibility for second-shift training sessions as needed. Hybrid work model with three days in-office and two days remote when not conducting training sessions.
Compensation
- \(45,000 annual salary, with up to \)3,650 bonus incentive and 5% annual equity grant.
