As an
IT systems analyst senior on the Strategic Planning and Architecture (SPA) team within IT Commercial Lines (ITCL), you'll serve as the liaison between SPA, our business contacts, and other ITCL groups. You'll define SPA involvement in architecturally significant business and ITCL initiatives. You'll guide work assignments, priority setting, and backlog management on pre-ideation and ideation projects. You'll assist with modeling efforts and feasibility, particularly around IT architecture.
This is a remote position for US based work only.
Must-have Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or higher in an Information Technology, or related discipline (e.g., Computer Science, Management Information Systems (MIS), Math, Information Systems) and a minimum of four years of related work experience designing, developing, programming and/or supporting IT Systems and applications.
- In lieu of a Bachelor's degree, a minimum of six years of related work experience designing, developing, programming and/or supporting IT Systems and applications may be accepted.
Preferred Skills
- IT Commercial Lines and/or Commercial Lines product insurance knowledge
- Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills, including the ability to investigate, assess, and recommend solutions to moderately complex situations.
- Ability to balance multiple work items simultaneously
- Confident in driving both the IT and business agendas
- Experience with Azure DevOps (ADO) and expe rience presenting and facilitating conversations with senior IT and business partners
Compensation
- $90,000 - $113,200/year
- Gainshare bonus up to 30% of your eligible earnings based on company performance
