Colorlight is seeking a dynamic Technical Support Engineer to join our team and drive sales growth through technical expertise. Technical Support Engineer will work closely with both sales and engineering teams, conducting training on Colorlight products for new opportunities and customers within the market segment. This role involves building strong customer relationships, educating existing and potential customers on Colorlight’s capabilities and products, and mastering the software developed by Colorlight. A solid understanding of Colorlight's product line is essential.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and deliver presentations to engineering experts from potential customers.
- Update product information for existing customers.
- Provide tailored solutions for various customer-specific applications.
- Offer on-site and online technical support based on customer requirements.
- Coordinate with sales and after-sales engineers to foster collaboration and drive business growth.
- Major or hold any certificates in Electricity relevant is preferred.
Job Requirements:
- Experience in the LED displays, video processing relate industry is preferred, manipulate the hardware and software from Barco, Crestron, Christie Digital is a plus.
- A "can-do" attitude.
- Proficient in AutoCAD, Viso, and etc,.
- Ability to work in a multitasking environment.
- Willingness and ability to domestic travel as needed, including internationally.
- Ability to respond to common customer inquiries and problem-solve effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong customer service mindset.
- Mandarin/Spanish speaking is a plus.
