Description
In this role, you will be instrumental in managing trade marketing strategies within the FMCG (Fast-Moving Consumer Goods) sector, specifically focusing on salon professional beauty care. You will be responsible for overseeing promotional strategies from inception to execution, ensuring alignment across various departments and stakeholders.
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in FMCG and salon professional beauty care.
- Proficient in SAP and external inventory management systems.
- Degree in business, marketing, operations, or supply chain.
- Detail-oriented and extremely organized, with the capacity for multi-tasking and reprioritizing tasks.
- Ability to work under tight deadlines and collaborate effectively with multiple departments.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Self-starter and self-motivated, displaying a sense of urgency.
- Entrepreneurially minded.
Responsibilities
- Manage national, channel-specific, and account-specific promotional strategies from order form creation to in-store/on-site execution.
- Collaborate continuously with brand teams, sales, education, customer service, customers, and external vendors to ensure proper promotional execution.
- Establish and maintain an internal promotion planning schedule, serving as a central hub of communication for promotional status and tracking.
- Track and manage promotional components, developing plans to ensure timely delivery of promotional goods.
- Utilize historical data to drive growth by developing and recommending strategies that maximize promotional effectiveness.
- Create and deliver accurate promotional analyses and data-driven recommendations to senior leadership to drive product growth.
- Assist in overseeing the creative design of sales and marketing collateral for the Trade Marketing Specialist to execute with external design agencies.
