Description
Are you a strategic thinker with a talent for building relationships and driving sales growth? This role involves developing, managing, and expanding a network of channel partners to boost sales and increase market share. Collaboration with sales and marketing teams is essential to identify new opportunities and ensure partners receive the necessary tools and support for success.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner Management: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key channel partners, including distributors, resellers, and system integrators.
- Sales Strategy: Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to create and implement effective channel sales strategies that align with overall company goals.
- Business Development: Identify and recruit new channel partners that align with objectives and target markets.
- Performance Monitoring: Track and analyze partner performance, providing regular reports and insights to senior management. Implement necessary actions to meet sales targets.
- Training and Support: Equip channel partners with the training, tools, and support needed to effectively sell and support products.
- Revenue Growth: Drive revenue growth through channel partners by identifying new sales opportunities, managing the sales pipeline, and ensuring timely deal closures.
- Product Knowledge: Maintain a deep understanding of products and services to effectively communicate value propositions to partners and customers.
- Market Intelligence: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to inform strategic decisions.
- Conflict Resolution: Address and resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise between channel partners and the company to maintain positive and productive relationships.
Qualifications
- Education: A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field is required. An MBA is a plus.
- Experience: At least 5 years of experience in channel sales, partner management, or a similar role, with a proven track record of successfully managing and growing channel partner networks.
- Skills: Strong negotiation and communication skills, ability to analyze sales data and market trends, excellent organizational and time management skills, proficiency in CRM software and other sales tools, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

Compensation
- Salary Range: \(260K - \)300K (On-Target Earnings) + equity + benefits. Individual compensation will depend on skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
