Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a results-driven social media strategy to enhance client presence, supporting the Social Media Manager.
- Manage multiple editorial and content calendars to ensure social content aligns with brand messaging, tone, and voice, making strategic recommendations when necessary.
- Recommend creative ideas that adhere to brand identity and enhance social media efforts; assist in creating and editing written, video, and photo content for various client channels.
- Monitor social media channels for industry trends, providing actionable insights for strategy adjustments as needed.
- Maintain a consistent and unified brand voice across all social media channels.
- Use Canva to create high-quality social media graphics when required.
- Engage with fans and followers, adhering to brand-specific guidelines for moderation, escalation, and resolution.
- Utilize analytics and listening tools (such as Google Analytics, SEMRush, and Meltwater) to generate regular reports on social media performance for assigned accounts.
- Track social media KPIs and analyze performance to optimize content strategy and meet top marketing goals.
- Contribute to new business initiatives, including research, slide creation, and brainstorming fresh ideas.
- Effectively manage remote work, scheduling, and internal communications via email, Slack, and team meetings.
- Maintain confidentiality and uphold professionalism at all times.
- Demonstrate proactive problem-solving abilities, offering innovative ideas to enhance team performance.
- Collaborate effectively within teams, demonstrating leadership and teamwork skills.
- Attend trainings and workshops with a desire to learn and grow.
- Track client billable time daily.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Meltwater.
- Strong understanding of content distribution channels for B2B and B2C brands, including best practices and metrics for social media and ad platforms.
- Passionate about social media and community building, with in-depth knowledge of platform trends, best practices, content development, and related tools.
- Bachelor’s degree.
- 2-3 years of experience in social media management.
- Proven ability to develop successful social media strategies and campaigns based on client needs.
- Experience managing content and copy across various online platforms.
- Strong creative writing, research, and editing skills.
- Willingness to engage in hands-on tasks such as ongoing content development and community management.
- Flexibility to work in a remote, fast-paced, and dynamic environment.
- Excellent project and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently while maintaining consistent communication with the team and clients.

- Managing large-scale community management and social monitoring programs.
- Developing, managing, and optimizing paid social media campaigns.
- Creative design skills.
- Experience with influencer marketing.
- Broader content marketing experience.
- Background in tech or agency settings.
- Expertise with enterprise-level social media platforms like Sprout Social and Sprinklr.
