Key Responsibilities
- Manage executive appointments and calendars
- Handle email management and organization
- Prepare presentations and spreadsheets
- Oversee social media management
- Develop and implement structure, workflows, and processes
- Research technologies and make recommendations
- Administer CRM tasks including updates and data entry
- Arrange travel, including flights, car rentals, hotel bookings, and restaurant reservations
- Assist with project coordination and event planning
- Provide support for personal tasks as needed

Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Available daily (Mon-Fri) during business hours, with a commitment of at least 20 hours per week
- Experience in an administrative support role
- Home office setup with a Mac or PC computer (including webcam) with a minimum 1.0 GHz dual-core processor, 8 GB RAM, and the latest MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Fast and reliable internet connection
- Smartphone with email capabilities
- Designated professional and quiet workspace
Additional Information
- This is a 1099 contractor role
- Pay ranges from \(18 to \)21 per hour, based on experience and skillset. Payment is made monthly based on contracted hours, with no guaranteed hours or clients
- Applicants may be subject to a background check prior to an offer being made
- Participation in E-Verify is required
