We are a growing team seeking a reliable and motivated individual to join us as a Remote Marketing Assistant. If you have a passion for Administrative Support, Social Media Management, and Customer Service, and enjoy tasks that contribute to the success of a coaching program while enhancing social media presence across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, and YouTube, we would love to hear from you!
This is a remote, part-time contract position, starting at 10 hours per week, with the possibility to increase to 20 hours per week. It’s perfect for those looking to earn extra income without the commitment of a full-time role.
Key Responsibilities
Daily Tasks:
- Monitor Shopify and Stripe payment processing dashboards to ensure seamless transactions.
- Schedule and manage weekly broadcast emails, including resending to unopened recipients as needed.
- Send coaching agreements via DocuSign and enroll clients in courses on SamCart after agreements are signed.
- Handle email requests from coaching program members for resume reviews, coordinate necessary items, create Asana boards, and confirm timelines with clients.
- Update the Masterclass + Coaching program waitlist landing page regularly.
Content Curation And Editing
- Collaborate with the CEO to receive and refine raw video content and ideas.
- Edit and optimize videos using software like Opus to create high-quality, engaging, and brand-consistent videos for social media.
Graphic Design
- Use Canva to design eye-catching graphics that enhance social media posts.
- Ensure all visuals align with brand guidelines and resonate with our target audience.
Content Scheduling And Publishing
- Develop and maintain a content calendar, scheduling posts across various social media platforms using Metricool.
- Monitor social media for trending topics, hashtags, and opportunities for real-time engagement.
Community Engagement
- Actively engage with our audience by responding to messages and inquiries promptly.
- Create ManyChat automation workflows for effective lead generation.
Performance Monitoring And Reporting
- Track and analyze key performance metrics such as engagement, reach, and conversions.
- Generate regular reports via Metricool, offering insights and recommendations for campaign optimization.
Preferred Experience And Skills
- Familiarity with tools like Shopify, Metricool, GHL, Canva, SamCart, Loom, DocuSign, ConvertKit, WebinarJam, EverWebinar, MS Word, MS Excel, Google Suite, Zoom, and Asana.
- Previous experience as a Virtual Assistant, Marketing Assistant, or in a similar role is preferred.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to work independently and efficiently in a remote setting.
- A keen eye for detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing content creation and social media management skills.
- Proficiency in video editing software (e.g., Opus) and graphic design tools (e.g., Canva).
- Solid understanding of social media platforms, current trends, and best practices.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, including social media, email marketing, and online advertising.
- Proficiency in tools such as ManyChat, ChatGPT, Canva, and Opus.
- Creative thinker with a strategic mindset, capable of developing innovative marketing strategies.
- Self-motivated and proactive, with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
