An industry that faces big challenges needs regulatory technology to make it a safer and more trustworthy space. Our client is a world-leading tech platform for insurance security and compliance that is expanding in North America and they need an experienced Account Executive to bring new self-generated logos as well as closing deals through the SDR team's lead generation efforts.
Main responsibilities:
- Become a trusted advisor for security and compliance needs of technology in the insurance space- let's keep the industry safe!
- Generate and uncover new opportunities with sales cycles between 1 and 6 months, depending on customer size and stakeholders
- Pick up leads from the sales development team who will help you maximize your efforts- they work every day all day to generate these for you!
- Keep an accurate activity report- transparency is paramount!
Main requirements:
- At least 3 years of closing experience with transactional deals in SaaS (any industry)
- Preferably experience selling into SMB / Mid-Market segments across North America
- Ability to travel up to 30% of the time, preferably based near the Boston area
- Proficient use of the typical sales tools such as Zoominfo / Lusha, Sales Navigator, Salesloft / Outreach, Salesforce / Hubspot - it always takes a little adjustment but you need to have used similar lead generation tools and CRM systems
This position is remote- anywhere in US but there is a preference for candidates within a 100 mile radius from Boston as there are company and industry events as well as onboarding and training sessions happening there. Salary includes a base of $75,000 - $80,000 p.a. plus double OTE, uncapped.
