Join our dynamic Data Enrichment team as a Voice Data Entry Agent, where you’ll play a crucial role in enhancing the quality of data for our clients. Your work will directly impact the accuracy and reliability of the information we provide, making you a key player in maintaining our high standards.
Responsibilities
- Engage in voice or non-voice processes based on project needs.
- Professionally handle inbound and outbound calls.
- Verify information provided to clients by cross-referencing with online databases.
- Complete Enrichment Tasks as outlined and trained.
- Perform data entry, vendor resource verifications, and track board certifications.
- Follow up with state boards to ensure accurate and timely updates.
- Deliver tasks with precision and within set timelines.
- Take on additional responsibilities as needed.
Compensation
$16 USD/hour

What We're Looking For
- Flexibility to work in both voice and non-voice processes.
- Previous experience in a call center, inside sales, or customer service is a plus.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Availability for 40 hours per week, starting immediately.
- Ability to adapt to process and information changes.
- Capable of working independently or as part of a team.
- Must have a stable internet connection and a suitable work-from-home setup.
- Tech-savvy candidates are preferred.
