Key Responsibilities:
- Accounts Receivable (A/R): Manage A/R using QuickBooks Online, including billing and account reconciliations through financials.
- Accounts Payable (A/P): Handle all aspects of A/P, ensuring timely and accurate payments.
- General Office Support: Answer phones, dispatch technicians, and set up appointments.
- Customer Service: Handle complaint calls with professionalism and resolve issues effectively.
- Administrative Tasks: Assist with various administrative duties as needed.
Qualifications:
Experience:
1,Prior experience in office management, preferably in the construction industry.
- Technical Skills: Highly proficient in QuickBooks Online, Microsoft Outlook, and Excel.
- Interpersonal Skills: Strong communicator with the ability to handle various tasks with confidence and professionalism.
- Work Ethic: Self-starter who is not timid and is ready to jump in wherever needed.
Additional Information:
This is a long-term temporary position with the potential to become temp-to-hire.
If the position becomes permanent, it does not include medical benefits.
